Rue Sainte-Croix

Grâce au testament établi par le sieur Jean Baptiste Tremellat reçu le 17 septembre 1557 par le notaire Audibert, la chapelle Saint Croix fut construite.the 14 stations of the Stations of the Cross, representing Jude's 14 episodes on the cross, are located in this chapel. In each niche is a wooden painting showing the station. Saint Bernard is the 1st of the 14 oratories. until the 1970s, people climbed directly from the chapel to Saint Croix, where a procession was held on May 3 and September 14. Restored in 2005, its imposing structure sets it apart from the others. In 1090, Saint Bernard, who had established a universal spiritual position, founded 72 monasteries throughout Europe. He died in 1153 and was canonized in 1174
