Villa, with workshop, built from 1924 to 1925 by the architects Le Corbusier and Pierre Jeanneret, his cousin and associate. Part of a small housing estate for artists, this villa, which adjoins that of the sculptor Oscar Miestchaninoff, was designed for the sculptor Jacques Lipchitz. Two studios occupy the first floor of an L-shaped building, with an apartment on the first floor.
