Place Pie
Fontaine Pie
The Bayard fountains with knobs or turnstiles created for the city of Lyon irrigated all the cities of France from the beginning of the 20th century. Less expensive than the large fountains, they often replaced wells and allowed access to drinking water for all inhabitants. They can still be found in the streets or in the squares, such as the one on Place Pie.
