Chapelle Notre-Dame de Loretto

Avenue Gérard Marché

This chapel dates from the late 15th century. Originally, it was an oratory belonging to the Baglioni family, who had obtained the concession in 1485. Destroyed in 1555 during the Franco-Turkish siege, it was rebuilt in 1618 and dedicated to Santa Maria de Loreto. It was then attached to the parish of Saint-Jean-Baptiste. Today, it is the burial place of Calvi's archpriests.
