Rue du Commandant Penciolelli

Born on December 3, 1835 in Corte, the commandant Penciolelli François-Antoine was a communard. During the Paris Commune, he was a staff captain. Sentenced in absentia on January 23, 1873 by the 10th Council of War to deportation to a fortified enclosure, he obtained a remission of his sentence in 1879.
