A former crystal factory, the chateau de la Verrerie was the residence of the Schneider family. Nowadays, the central body of the building houses the Museum of Man and Industry (crystals, history of the Schneider dynasty, paintings, models). In the Jeu de Paume room, the Industry Pavilion, explains the industrial adventure of Le Creusot with the help of tablets and a film. Small teaamazing in one of the old glass melting furnaces.
