Their story.
Monseigneur de Belloi was born at the castle of Morangles in the Oise region. In 1755, he was appointed as the Bishop of Marseille. Good, charitable, conciliatory and diplomatic, he stands à the right of the Count of Provence, the future Louis XVIII, when the latter comes à Marseilles on July 4, 1777. After the concordat, Napoléon appointed him Archbishop of Paris on April 12, 1802. He died Cardinal à Paris in 1808 à s near 90 years.
